Miss Sarah Osborne is a Consultant Ophthalmic Oculoplastic Surgeon and provides a regional NHS oculoplastic, lacrimal, trauma and orbital service as part of the Moorfields at St George’s team. She works with the head and neck multidisciplinary team and has close associations with the maxillofacial and ENT services in order to provide multidisciplinary care to patients. St Georges is a major trauma centre she often deals with trauma patients and provides follow-up reconstructive care.
After completing her general ophthalmology training Miss Osborne undertook sub-speciality oculoplastic training at Manchester Eye Hospital, spent a year in New Zealand as an oculoplastic and lacrimal fellow and a further year as an oculoplastic, lacrimal and orbital fellow at Moorfields Eye Hospital.
Sarah specialises in lid surgery such as entropion, ectropion, ptosis surgery, blepharoplasty and minor surgery such as benign eyelid lumps and chalazions. She undertakes eyelid cancer excision and reconstruction and works closely with Mohs surgeons. She manages watery eyes including tear duct bypass surgery (dacryocystorhinostomy). She also specialises in the management of thyroid eye disease, in addition she manages patients with artificial eyes and those needing eye removal.
Sarah regularly teaches and has presented internationally, she has a number of publications in peer reviewed journals. She enjoys keeping up to date by regularly attending conferences and courses. She teaches at a number of surgical courses.

Sarah lives in Brixton and likes to spend her spare time with her twins.

Miss Sarah Little is a Consultant ENT Surgeon at St George's NHS Trust and Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust with dual subspecialty interests in Rhinology & Facial Plastic Surgery and Anterior Skull Base Surgery. She is qualified in both dentistry and medicine achieving distinction when she graduated from St Bartholomew's and the Royal London Hospital Medical School. She is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and has won several awards and prizes for both academic and clinical excellence throughout her career.
