Miss Sarah Little is a Consultant ENT Surgeon at St George's NHS Trust and Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust with dual subspecialty interests in Rhinology & Facial Plastic Surgery and Anterior Skull Base Surgery. She is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at St George's University of London Medical School.
Sarah Little qualified from the University of Aberdeen in 1999. She completed Higher Surgical Training in the East of Scotland, joining the ENT consultant Specialist Register in 2010. Her training included a year as a research Fellow in Surgical Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre in New York and a further Fellowship year in anterior skull base surgery at Columbia University College of Surgeons and Physicians in New York. This was followed by a Fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery at St George’s Hospital. She also gained higher training in the management of paediatric ENT disorders at Rady Children’s Hospital, San Diego, California.
Her practice encompasses the generality of ENT in both children and adults. In her private practice, this includes medical and surgical treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis including balloon sinuplasty and rhinoplasty and facial plastic surgery. Her practise also includes management of general ENT including throat problems, glue ear, swallowing problems and salivary gland disorders. Special interests include rhinology and facial plastic surgery from both a functional and aesthetic perspective.

Helen Witherow is a highly specialized facial surgeon with over 30 years experience. She uses techniques developed from her experience working in different specialties Plastics, Cosmetic, ENT and Maxillofacial surgery and has included reconstructive procedures acquired during her Craniofacial fellowship at Great Ormond street Hospital. At the heart of her belief is that facial appearance matters.
As a specialist in surgery of the face I have degrees in both medicine and dentistry. Miss Katherine George is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon appointed to one of the leading teaching hospitals and major trauma centres in London and she specialises in conditions of the face, head and neck. She is qualified in both dentistry and medicine achieving distinction when she graduated from St Bartholomew's and the Royal London Hospital Medical School. She is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and has won several awards and prizes for both academic and clinical excellence throughout her career.
Miss Sarah Osborne is a Consultant Ophthalmic Oculoplastic Surgeon and provides a regional NHS oculoplastic, lacrimal, trauma and orbital service as part of the Moorfields at St George’s team. She works with the head and neck multidisciplinary team and has close associations with the maxillofacial and ENT services in order to provide multidisciplinary care to patients. St Georges is a major trauma centre she often deals with trauma patients and provides follow-up reconstructive care.
